TRICIA'S Biography

Thank you for coming into the “dish” world and hope that I can be an inspiration to all –to show you how hard dedicated training, good nutrition, and picking great parents can help one maintain a youthful look-heck botox helps too-lol

TRISH THE DISH HERE- the original, the one and only, and accept no imitations- Adopted that name from my college male buddies and thankfully never lost the right to keep it.

Finally I have found a wonderful awesome webmaster that I can trust, to show you more of me and take you a bit into my world.

My inspiration comes from my beautiful late father –(known as the second coming of Jack LaLanne)—he taught me very early on the value of eating healthy, no smoking, no drinking (I didn’t go that far) and using exercise to alleviate stress

I was the boy he didn’t have-he took me out on weekends to play ball with the big boys and glad to say we did quite well together---he also taught me how to be competitive and to this day I try to excel at all I do

To date I have over 35 local tennis trophies and the best winning record to date in my ladies  A doubles tennis team

Just recently I have been in a gym competition  with no age or weight limits or categories and I won 2 events , came in 2^nd place in 2 others

I am not just a pretty face on the web -I have attended 2 very prestigious colleges,(Univ. of Michigan, Rutgers Univ),earned a BS degree and a place on an honorary society. I also had an article published in a medical journal......

Beauty body and brains—hope you all agree, but most important, I am very sweet, and  a great friend and listener.
